Le consegne avvengono generalmente entro 5 giorni lavorativi dalla data di spedizone, al momento delle quale é inviato un messaggio che include il nome del corriere e il numero di tracking (tracciamento geografico) per eventuali ricerche.
Assicurati che l'indirizzo di destinazione, indicato nell'area Pay Pal, sia completo in ogni sua parte e che corrisponda a quello di destinazione dell'ordine. Se desideri che sia consegnato in un luogo diverso usa il campo Note/Comments della fattura indicando chiaramente l'indirizzo completo cui spedire l'ordine. Il corriere farà tre tentativi di conesgna dopo i quali l'ordine ritornerà al nostro magazzino. Le spese di spedizione per l'italia sono di € 4.00, senza limite agli acquisti.

Deliveries are generally made within 5 working days from date of shipment. On this date we send a message showing : the date of shipment, the name of the Courier and related tracking number, for any research.
Make sure that the destination address indicated in the pay pal, is completed in all its parts, and that corresponds to the destination of the order.
If you want your goods to be delivered at a different location use the field Notes / Comments in your invoce and clearly indicate the full address of shipment. The Courier will make 3 delivery attempts (leaving a note advising the attempt made and the address of the courier), after which the order will go back to our warehouse.
The shipping costs for Italy are € 4.00, with no limits on purchases.

Puoi cambiare o rendere qualsiasi prodotto entro 10 giorni lavorativi dalla data di consegna. Assicurati che gli articoli siano nelle stesse condizioni in cui li hai ricevuti, con il cartellino identificativo integro e leggibile. Allega una copia della conferma dell'ordine e della relativa spedizione con il relativo numero di tracking.
Per la spedizione puoi usare la busta (o scatola) originale, copri il tuo indirizzo con un' etichetta adeguata sulla quale scriverai il nuovo indirizzo:

Prima di decidere la restituzione puoi mandarci un messagggio usando il modulo nel campo CONTACT:
è probabile che troviamo altre soluzioni.
Ricorda che puoi spedire il tuo reso solo dal paese in cui hai eseguito l'ordine.
Rimborseremo solo gli articoli resi secondo le istruzioni. Se il tuo reso non soddisfa le condizioni elencate, il pacco ti sarà rispedito.
Le condizioni di Reso sono applicate anche in caso di Cambio.
Di solito accettiamo il tuo reso entro 3 giorni lavorativi dalla data di consegna al nostro magazzino.
Dopo l'accettazione eseguiremo immediatamente il rimborso e ti manderemo un'e-mail di conferma.

Before you deciding on returning the goods or not you can see send us message using the form in the CONTACT field: there may be other solutions.

The conditions of Reso (return) are also applied in case of Cambio(change).
